What you’ll do @Omnisend:

  • Oversee payroll processes.
  • Manage AP and payment processes, including all outgoing payments.
  • Support the month-end close process.
  • Prepare various financial analyses to support finance needs.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure accurate allocation across cost centers.
  • Coordinate sales tax and other finance compliance processes together with external service providers.
  • Support annual and interim audits, prepare requested documentation and reconciliations.
  • Perform automation and AI initiatives within Finance.
  • Support other finance projects, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance leadership.
  • We expect that you'll bring:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, controlling, or a similar role;
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes;
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership;
  • The ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets;
  • A process improvement mindset and an interest in automation and AI-driven solutions;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners;
  • Fluency in English.
