FINANCE TEAM

Our Finance Team plays a key role in helping the business make smart, well-informed decisions. From planning and analysis to budgeting and reporting, the team turns financial data into clear insights that support sustainable growth. Working closely across the business, they help ensure financial clarity, control, and strong decision-making at every stage.

YOU

You are a detail-oriented and analytical thinking finance professional who enjoys working with numbers, spotting patterns, and turning data into meaningful insights. You are confident handling financial information, supporting planning processes, and helping the business understand performance more clearly.

You bring a proactive mindset, a structured way of working, and a willingness to learn and grow. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance, supporting both day-to-day financial analysis and broader planning processes, while building a strong understanding of the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

• Prepare regular financial and management reports, highlighting key insights and performance trends

• Analyze financial results, variances, and business performance to support decision-making

• Work closely with the Head of Finance on planning, reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis

• Collaborate with accounting and other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data and reporting

• Help monitor budgets, costs, cash flow, and other key financial indicators

• Support month-end closing and reporting processes

• Contribute to improving financial models, reporting structures, and analysis processes

• Assist with audits, compliance-related tasks, and other finance projects when needed

WHAT WE EXPECT

• 2+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, controlling, or a similar role

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and financial data

• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis principles

• Tech savviness - proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial systems such as Business Central (NAV) would be an advantage

• Ability to work accurately, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders

• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your work

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Honesty, integrity, and a genuine interest in growing within the finance field

GROSS SALARY

3400 - 5000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
