OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Our Office Administration team helps create a welcoming, smooth, and well-organized workplace. We keep the office running efficiently, support employees in their day-to-day needs, and make sure the environment reflects a high standard of care, professionalism, and hospitality.

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and welcoming Front Desk Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be one of the key faces of the office — supporting daily operations, helping employees and visitors, and making sure everything runs smoothly at the front desk.
You are organized, tactful, and people-oriented. You know how to communicate professionally, handle different situations with discretion, and create a positive experience for employees, guests, and partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Be the main point of contact at the front desk for employees, guests, and vendors
Ensure consistent office presence and smooth front desk support during working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00
Welcome visitors and help create a professional, friendly, and well-organized office experience
Coordinate incoming and outgoing parcels, letters, and case-by-case deliveries for different teams and brands
Manage day-to-day office needs such as public parking, public transport cards, library coordination, and access-related questions
Support health check and card administration in alignment with People Operations
Help manage office systems and facilities touchpoints, including TV coordination, music alignment, and other front desk-related practical matters
Prepare onboarding and anniversary packs, support merch and stock control, and assist with gift sourcing when needed
Act as a proactive member of the wider office community, working closely with internal teams and vendors to keep office operations running smoothly
WHAT WE EXPECT
Previous experience in office administration, front desk support, or a similar coordination role would be considered as a big plus
A professional, reliable, and service-minded approach to work
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities with care and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tact, discretion, and good judgment in communication and in handling day-to-day situations
A welcoming and helpful attitude, with a genuine desire to support others
Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and solve practical issues efficiently
Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic office environment
Fluent English, both written and spoken

GROSS SALARY
1700-2100 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
