YOU
We’re hiring a Junior BD Project Manager to support two key areas: identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and helping drive sales and partnerships development across our portfolio.
This is a hands-on, entry-level role with real exposure to how a fast-growing digital media company builds pipelines, evaluates opportunities, and moves projects forward. It’s a great fit for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn how business development works in practice.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Research and map potential partners, acquisition targets, and new market opportunities
Support outreach by preparing materials, drafting communications, and helping move conversations forward
Help keep track of active business development opportunities, including next steps, deadlines, and status updates
Maintain accurate BD pipelines, trackers, and project documentation
Support the planning, coordination, and follow-through of ongoing business development initiatives
Gather and organize competitive and market data from sources such as SimilarWeb, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Prepare and update one-pagers, brand overviews, partnership decks, and other supporting materials
Track and coordinate partnership and syndication processes, including pending actions, documentation, and internal alignment
Handle operational and coordination tasks such as account setups, platform administration, and cross-team follow-up
WHAT WE EXPECT
0–3 years of experience in project coordination, business development, sales support, partnerships, or a similar role
Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills, with the ability to turn information into clean, clear, and well-structured materials
Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills, and confidence working with data, trackers, and organized documentation
Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate in a concise and professional way
Strong organizational skills and a dependable way of working
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and keep details from slipping through the cracks
Curiosity about business, partnerships, and how companies grow
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn by doing
Interest in digital media, online business, or growth-focused environments is a plus

GROSS SALARY
2000-2900 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
