About this role

What you'll do:

  • Sourcing & Purchasing: Find reliable vendors, request quotes, and buy goods that match company quality and quantity needs. Source for best performing truckers with sufficient fleet count, request for trucker rates.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and conditions favorable to the company, and prepare contract to secure the best overall value.
  • Vendor Management: Build a pool of reliable truckers , measure delivery performance – on time truck arrival and availability, and resolve delivery issues including billing.
  • Inventory & Record Keeping: Keep accreditation and contracts, secure signatured along with the Annexes.
  • Compliance & Budgeting: Ensure all purchases stay within budget and follow company policies
    and legal guidelines.

    • What we seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Fleet, Logistics, or Operations.
  • Experience in vendor sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Tower 2, Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Paranaque City
    • Employment TYPE: Project-Based Employment (3 Months )
