Our Meetings & Events team delivers a diverse range of experiences, from corporate meetings and conferences to social celebrations, dinners, parties and weddings. Whether it's an important business event or one of life's biggest celebrations, our guests trust us to deliver every detail to an exceptional standard.

As a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant in our Meetings & Events team, you will play an important role in delivering seamless and memorable events, providing attentive service while ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.

• Provide professional food and beverage service across corporate events, dinners, weddings, parties and social celebrations
• Deliver warm, attentive and personalised service throughout every event
• Assist with room set-ups and pack-downs, ensuring spaces are presented beautifully and ready for guests
• Prepare meeting and event spaces according to detailed function requirements
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests throughout the event
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail across room presentation, table settings, service and event requirements
• Work closely with the Meetings & Events team, kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery
• Remain calm, flexible and solutions-focused during busy service periods and changing event requirements
• Assist with maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout events
• Create genuine connections with guests and look for opportunities to make their experience more memorable
• Support the team to deliver events that reflect the luxury standards of Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of presentation and service
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with guests
• A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
• A reliable and committed team player who enjoys working collaboratively
• Previous hospitality, food and beverage or events experience is highly regarded
• A current RSA Certificate
• Availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential, with flexibility to work around event requirements
