Food & Beverage Captain

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle enquiries or complaints promptly.
• Assist in coordinating and guiding service staff during operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Promote menu items and upsell food and beverage products.
• Operate the MICROS POS system and handle guest billing accurately.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Liaise with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
