Food & Beverage Guest Relations

 

- Maintain a strong floor presence across Food & Beverage Restaurants and proactively engage with guests.
- Welcome and interact with guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner.
- Recognize and follow up on VIP, repeat, and special-occasion guests.
- Proactively identify guest needs and address concerns before they become complaints.
- Ensure guests receive a consistent experience in line with Sofitel standards and the hotel's service philosophy.
- Support VIP dinners, special events, important guest occasions, and other key F&B experiences.
- Build positive relationships with regular and high-value guests.

-  Proactively collect guest feedback through direct interaction and approved feedback channels.
- Record guest comments, preferences, suggestions, and complaints accurately.
- Identify recurring guest concerns and communicate them to the relevant Outlet Manager.
- Share important guest feedback during daily briefings and F&B management meetings.
- Prepare regular guest feedback reports highlighting:

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Tourism , or any related Field.
- ( 1-3 ) years experience working in Food & Beverage 
- Fluency in English is a must. French Language is Preferred.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for guest service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
