About the role!

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Food Service Sales Manager to make a difference at Flora Food Group in the strategically important region in Pakistan. In the region we have a strong presence, and we are looking to further expand our Food Service / B2B business.

The role will include managing the distributor relationship and sales team effectively to deliver the sales targets set. The responsibility is broad as you will be required to manage multiple key account relationships within the channel to further develop our brands.

You will report directly to the Channel Manager - Blue Band Food Service, and regular exposure to the senior management team, it is therefore critical you can communicate effectively, be confident and own your business performance.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

You are an astute commercial manager, with experience building forecasts with multiple P&L factor considerations.
You are an outstanding Territory Sales Manager – Food Solutions, managing of all Food Service channels including HoReCa, Wholesale and Ecommerce utilizing the Distributor sales team.
Very proactive in launching new products into the Food Service channel, working hand in hand with the Distributor sales team and Marketing
Working experience in managing and leading joint business plans with commercial customers, executing sales product strategy and/or sales plans and already enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience, Qualifications / Education

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline. (Preferred: MBA or master’s in Food Service, Hospitality or Culinary industry exposure)
3–5 years of relevant commercial experience with at least 1–2 years in customer-facing sales roles in Food Service and HORECA channels, within a matrixed FMCG/ Foods company
You are an excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI skills
Understanding of food ingredients, bakery applications and food service operations is advantageous
