About Kantoko

Over 1 million adults in Australia have ADHD. Most have had to fit themselves into a broken system: long waitlists, disconnected providers, high costs, and support that drops after they get a diagnosis.

Kantoko is building something different.

We’ve designed ADHD care around how people actually live, work and think. One connected care team, ongoing support, and care that can adapt as life changes. Making it easier to access, easier to navigate and easier to stick with.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for our Founding Head of Growth & Marketing who can help us reach the right people.

About the Role

We're building the marketing function from scratch. There's no JD yet, because this role is still being defined by whoever takes it.

Here's what we know: you'll own marketing end to end, from paid acquisition to brand to community. You'll set the strategy and execute it.
