THE JOB:

As an On-Call Fountain Worker/Starbucks Barista at ARIA, you will primarily support Starbucks operations while also assisting at other quick-service outlets, such as Posh Burger and the back-of-house Coffee Shop, based on business needs. In this role, you will create exceptional guest experiences through friendly, personalized service. By understanding each guest's unique needs, you will prepare quality beverages and food items while creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.7106 + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take and place order and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable.

• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures.

• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests.

• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments.

• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures.

• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment.

• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc.

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience as a food handler in a similar high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment preferred

• Ability to work varied, on-call shifts.

• Willing and able to obtain and a valid Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handlers Card.​
