French Speaking Hospitality Service Consultant

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce a position for a French Speaking Hospitality Service Consultant. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and excel in providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients and guests across various hospitality environments.
• Manage inquiries, reservations, and service requests through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Assist clients in understanding the range of hospitality services and amenities available to them.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Stay current on hospitality industry trends to provide well-informed advice and suggestions to clients.
• Document client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on providing outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of hospitality services and the ability to convey this effectively to clients.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
