Front Desk Agent

The Front Office Agent is partly responsible for welcoming, check-in and check-out of guests and for providing and maintaining courteous service to all guests. The agent informs guests about hotel facilities, provides the key and solves occurring problems. The Agent must perform according to the policies, procedures and standards of Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort.

Qualifications:

• Physical condition - this function requires a good physical condition and ability to work 8 hours on your feet.Social, enthusiast and flexible – an outgoing personality and be able to work flexible hours.
  
  
• Languages – English is required for high-guest contact employees and a second language, namely Papiamento, Spanish or Dutch are required for certain positions.
• Guest oriented – be a good communicator, open-minded and have excellent Customer Service skills. Have knowledge about the culture, activities in and around the hotel, restaurants and all other facilities.
