This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy building high-performance systems in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of robust software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using best practices and modern frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance where required.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends relevant to the fintech and insurance sectors.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
- 3-7+ years of professional experience in software development, especially with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, SQL Server).
- Solid experience with full-stack development, including front-end, backend, and database integration.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile/scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of insurance industry processes, compliance, or software systems.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Blazor and building Web APIs.
