We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies (C#, SQL Server, and ideally Blazor) to help architect and steward our single, large-scale enterprise system. Beyond writing excellent code, you'll shape the technical direction of the platform, safeguard its long-term health and scalability, and grow the developers around you.
What You'll Do
- Architect, design, and evolve robust solutions within our enterprise system
- Lead technical decisions and drive engineering best practices across the codebase
- Safeguard the long-term scalability, maintainability, and architectural integrity of the system
- Mentor and develop other engineers across the team
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable code, and raise the bar for code quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the system
- Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and QAs
- Take ownership across the full SDLC
- Stay current with, and help guide adoption of, emerging fintech technologies
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8+ years of experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
- Strong, proven full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Strong command of Git, CI/CD, and Agile
- Demonstrated experience designing and evolving the architecture of large, long-lived systems

- Microsoft Azure experience
- Insurance industry knowledge
- DevOps tools and practices
- Blazor / Web API experience
