The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of administrative, technical, and analytic support to the Chief Program Officer.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Excellent administrative, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
2. Working Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Etc.
3. Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
4. Able to work effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of people.
5. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all during the course of work.
