Position Overview


*SINGAPORE - FULL-TIME*


We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and personable Full-Time Clinic Receptionist to join our Singapore team. As the primary point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, premium front-desk experience. This year-round role involves managing patient scheduling, handling payments and insurance billing, supporting practitioner workflows, and assisting with daily clinic operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
  • Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling, both in person and over the phone
  • Coordinate with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and pilates instructors to ensure efficient patient flow and clinic scheduling
  • Process patient payments, issue receipts, and manage end-of-day cash
  • Oversee direct billing processes for insurance companies
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with care
  • Support daily front desk operations and assist in general administrative tasks


What We're Looking For

  • At least 1-2 year in clinic administration or customer service within the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using scheduling or practice management software (e.g., Cliniko, Square, Circle, Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to remain calm and professional in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and comfortable living in shared accommodation
  • Valid working rights in Singapore
