Requirements
Production Rust (must)
Async programming with Tokio (must)
Low-latency, performance-focused backend (ms-level APIs)
Distributed systems, state consistency across async processes (voting, consensus, coordination)
REST and WebSocket APIs
Live market data, multi-venue coordination
Risk and liquidation engine logic
Blockchain state machines for trading and settlement
Docker
Traits: performance/latency-driven, systems thinker, comfortable with startup pace and ownership.
