Industry: Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Required Experience:

• 5 + years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Full-stack proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments preferred
• Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate development

Technical skills we value:

Backend:

• FastAPI, WebSockets, Python async programming
• PostgreSQL, Redis, and workflow orchestration systems
• Real-time event systems (SSE) and message queuing

Frontend:

• React/TypeScript with real-time data streaming
• Experience with real-time visualization and state management

Infrastructure:

• Docker containerization and microservices architecture
• Experience with scalable, distributed systems

Must-have skills:

• Strong Python skills (FastAPI experience is highly preferred, but excellent async Python skills can translate)
• React/Next.js fundamentals and modern frontend development
• PostgreSQL or similar relational database experience
• RESTful API design
• Git and modern development workflows
• Docker basics

Nice to have skills:

• FastAPI specifically (vs. other Python frameworks)
• Alembic for database migrations
• WebRTC or WebSocket implementation
• 3D visualization or graphics programming
• Any robotics, kinematics, or manufacturing domain knowledge
• Experience with Isaac Sim, ROS, or other robotics platforms
• KUKA KRL, FANUC programming, or similar
• AWS, Railway, or Vercel deployment experience
• Langgraph, Langchain, or similar
• Pytorch, tensorflow, or similar
