Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement GenAI use cases to identify risk exposures, detect anomalies and red flags, and enhance fraud detection capabilities. Responsibilities include solution design, prompt engineering, testing, output validation, and continuous optimization.
• Build and enhance in-house tools, automation solutions, and data analytics capabilities to strengthen audit effectiveness, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical solutions that provide actionable insights and support risk-based, data-driven decision-making.
• Support the development and maintenance of data marts and automation initiatives to improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities, and overall productivity.
• Conduct data analysis, testing, and validation activities to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of analytics and AI-driven solutions.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking, financial acumen, and business understanding.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), or AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus.
• Dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Keen interest in the banking industry, data analytics, and emerging technologies, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
