About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Administrator to support the smooth operation of our site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and enjoys working with both local and international stakeholders. You will play a key role in office administration, expatriate support, vendor coordination, and ensuring efficient day-to-day business operations.
Role Responsibilities:
Support daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of administrative activities.
Coordinate office services, including reception, office supplies, transportation, and general administrative support.
Arrange business travel, meetings, and company events.
Provide administrative support for expatriates, including housing arrangements, lease management, visa applications, work permits, and Temporary Residence Cards (TRC).
Act as a liaison between expatriates and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers, monitor service quality, and report issues when necessary.
Maintain administrative records, documentation, and internal reports.
Support onboarding and offboarding administration processes.
Assist in implementing company administrative policies and procedures.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other functions to support business operations.
Provide administrative support for projects and site expansion activities.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Administrative Manager
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and senior management.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on tasks to completion.
Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours when required
