Position Overview
As General Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility and lead all aspects of dealership operations — sales, service, finance, parts, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide dynamic leadership across all departments, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership.
- Demonstrated success managing full dealership operations and delivering consistent profitability.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development skills.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive bottom-line results.
