Murgado Automotive Group, one of America’s most exciting automotive groups, is hosting a CAREER FAIR for our growing and vibrant Business Development Center - CALL CENTER - the heartbeat of our dealership group and a core revenue and loyalty driver!

We are on the prowl for friendly and professional communicators, who thrive in a fast-paced environment, to play a critical role in customer engagement and service delivery.

Join us on October 14 & 15, from 10am to 3pm, at Ocean Cadillac 17800 Ipco Road, Miami, FL 33162, to meet our BDC Director and hiring managers, and to learn more about our BDC Service Agents career opportunities and how you can forge a long-term and lucrative career within a supportive team environment!

Are you a customer-focused, driven individual looking for a new career journey? Join our Business Development Center and help clients ensure an exceptional service experience! We only promote from within, so the sky is the limit!

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries.

Follow up on leads and schedule service visits.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.

Collaborate with service and marketing teams to meet client needs.

A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls and working with a team.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus (automotive experience is a bonus but not required).

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!

Great Pay: up to -20/hour + commission.
