Job Overview
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German-Speaking Commercial Solutions Executive to join an exciting B2B sales team supporting one of the world’s leading technology organisations in Kraków, Poland.
This hybrid role is designed for a commercially driven professional who is passionate about technology, client engagement, and delivering business value through innovative solutions. As a Commercial Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with German-speaking business clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending tailored technology solutions that support their digital transformation and growth.
You will manage the sales journey from opportunity identification and client engagement through to solution presentation, negotiation, and account development. This is an excellent opportunity for a German-speaking sales professional looking to build expertise within the technology sector while working in an international, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with new B2B opportunities within German-speaking markets, developing strong pipelines of qualified business prospects.
- Build trusted relationships with business decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning technology solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs, business goals, and opportunities for digital improvement.
- Present tailored commercial solutions, product offerings, and value propositions to demonstrate business impact and return on investment.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and successful conversion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for account growth, retention, and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences and maximise customer value.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and strengthen sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions, pipeline progression, sales forecasts, and performance reporting.
- Consistently achieve and exceed commercial targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives while contributing to overall business growth.
- Participate in ongoing training, sales enablement sessions, and performance reviews to continuously develop commercial and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German language proficiency — both spoken and written — is essential for this role, as you will be engaging directly with German-speaking clients and stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Strong sales experience and approach is required and obligatory — preferably in B2B services, key account management, business development, and prospecting and acquiring new business opportunities. Please note that customer service experience alone and all-around customer service backgrounds are not relevant for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline from initial prospecting through to deal closure, with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage C-level and senior decision-makers across diverse industries.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms, with strong organisational skills and an analytical, data-driven approach to business development.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, international sales team in a hybrid working environment based in Kraków, Poland.
