Global Employability & Entrepreneurship Associate Manager

1. Design and develop global employability & entrepreneurship strategies in collaboration with Deputy Campus
Director – Institutional Development & Collaboration
2. Manage and ensure effective implementation of Global Employability and Entrepreneurship strategies.
3. Monitor effective implementation of policies, guidelines, and practices related to Digital Technopreneurship
activities.
4. Manage the relationship with Global Employability and Entrepreneurship stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with, and conduct “de-bottlenecking”, with relevant internal and external global employability and
entrepreneurship stakeholders.
6. Ensure good reputation of BINUS @Malang Campus among key global employability and entrepreneurship
stakeholders.
7. Ensure awareness and interest in entrepreneurship program for BINUS @Malang Campus student (e.g. business
plan competitions, Mentorship Programs)
8. Monitor and improve students’ experience in the global employability and entrepreneurship activities.
9. Monitor sustainable Incubator system program
10. Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records and other documents required

Management Support Activities :

o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibility (especially related to time
concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement :

• Minimum Master Degree (S2)

Work Experience :

• Minimum 2 years working experience in supervisory level, or
• Minimum 6 years working experience
