Governance, Compliance, and Data Privacy Advisor

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Legal/Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Computer Management/ Information Technology/Information Systems/informatics Engineering.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC).

· Minimum experience of 5 (five) years in data privacy. Minimum experience of 1 (one) project related to the Personal Data Protection Law, or GDPR {Genera) Data Protection Regulation}, or HiPAA |Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act}, or ISO 2770\ {Privacy Information Governance), and/or iSO 270\8 (Protection of Personal Data in Cloud Computing Environments.

· Minimum experience of project in designing governance structures for digital iD projects, including the establishment of oversight bodies and compliance committees. the expert must

· Have provided advisory/ ConsuIting services for national Identity and digital ID program
