Requirement for candidates that would be available ASAP for work in the SAP HCM Configuration/Reports. – in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Project :

TranslateGovernment ofManitoba (GoM)business requirementsintofunctional “enterprise” solution requirementswithin the SAPHCMcomponents

§Communicatefunctionalsolution requirementstoother team members,businessowners and end users

§Guide theimplementation ofSAP HCMsolutions in support ofbusinessrequirements.

§Develop businessprocess, configuration, testingand operational documentationfor implementedsolution

§Obtainformal sign-off frombusinessapprovers

§MentorinternalGoMstaffin SAP HCMfunctionalcomponent

§Provide operational support within SAP HCMfunctional components

Qualifications and/or experience:

RelevantUniversitydegree, relevantCollege diploma, orappropriateSAPcertification

• Minimum3+yearsexperience in SAP HCM
• SAP ECC 6.0
• Experience with Canadian Payroll,Benefits, Time, OrgManagement,Recruitment, Personnel Admin, Employee SelfService/ManagerSelfService,Reporting
• HR Academy Certification an asset
• Publicsector experience anasset
