Graphic Designer (0–2 Years)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn complex ideas into engaging visuals. You’ll work with Marketing, Sales, and Business teams to create designs across digital and campaign touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

• Design creatives for website, social media, ads, and sales decks

• Create short-form videos and motion graphics

• Support marketing campaigns and product launches

• Work with teams on client presentations and proposals

• Use AI tools to speed up and enhance design work

• Manage projects from brief to final delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of design experience (internships/freelance included)

• Strong portfolio (mandatory)

• Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Figma

• Good understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color)

• Basic experience with video/motion design is a plus

• Good communication and ability to handle feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech

• Familiarity with AI design tools

• Exposure to marketing creatives or branding
