Kelly Services is currently seeking a Grievance/Appeals Analyst for a leading health insurance company in Downtown Indianapolis, IN. This position will be full-time with an hourly pay rate of $21.00 per hour with a tentative start date of 03/20/2017 running through 09/20/2017 with a possibility of direct hire.
SUMMARY: This is an entry level position in the Enterprise Grievance & Appeals Department that reviews, analyzes and processes non-complex pre-service and post-service grievances and appeals requests from customer types (i.e. member, provider, regulatory and third party) and multiple products (i.e. HMO, POS, PPO, EPO, CDHP, and indemnity) related to clinical and non- clinical services, quality of service, and quality of care issues to include executive and regulatory grievances. This is a very fast paced work environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

TERMS OF ASSIGNMENT:
Schedule: 03/20/2017 to 09/20/2017 with a possibility to be directly hired.
Hours: 8 hours a day. It will be flex scheduling once training has been completed. Start time after training would be between 6am-8am.
Pay rate: $21.00 per hour
