Ground Operation Team Member

The Ground Operation Team Member supports daily last mile delivery operations by receiving, organizing, verifying, and handing over orders to riders and drivers. The role ensures smooth and timely dispatch, maintains a safe and organized hub, and escalates operational issues when required.

The role works closely with Ground Operation Supervisors, riders, drivers, Order Care, Acquisition, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth and efficient delivery operations. The Ground Operation Team Member is also responsible for maintaining a safe and organized working environment, supporting peak-demand operations, and escalating operational issues when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or operations.
• Experience in coordinating with drivers/captains and ensuring compliance with SOPs
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a logistics or aviation environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Logistics Software).
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
