About this role
We’re looking for a Receptionist to be the face of our Khobar branch and create a professional, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
This role goes beyond answering calls — you’ll manage the front desk, welcome employees and visitors, coordinate meetings, support day-to-day office needs, and ensure the office is always ready for guests, including senior leaders, directors, C-level executives, candidates, and external partners.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist visitors, employees, candidates, and external guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area, visitor registration, calls, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure they are fully prepared for scheduled meetings and visitors.
- Support office requirements, including supplies, couriers, documents, and general administration.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, Facilities, Security, and other teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Follow up on office maintenance, employee requests, and day-to-day administrative needs.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and presentable office environment.
- Handle company and visitor information with discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, front desk, administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and consumables, including stationery, pantry items, food and beverages, cleaning and hygiene supplies, and ensure they are consistently stocked.
- Professional appearance, presence, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives, visitors, and external stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly.
