GROUP ACCOUNTANT

A reputable Real Estate Construction firm in Lagos

• Will ensure proper record-keeping for different arms of business;
• Provide daily cash-flow statements and weekly balances sheets;
• Advise management on funding requirements and write feasibility reports on projects;
• Supervise and ensure that weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are provided for each arm of the business;
• Ensure regulatory returns and liaise with external auditors/government authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in a trading, construction, facilities management and/or estate organization.
• B.Cs in Accounting or its equivalent required.
