About this role
At Acturis Group, we're building the next phase of growth.
Over the last two decades, Acturis has grown from an entrepreneurial start-up into a group of successful businesses serving the global insurance market. As the Group continues to evolve, we're investing in the people, processes and capabilities needed to support long-term growth, drive operational excellence and help our businesses work more effectively together.
This is an exciting time to join. We're establishing a new Group Transformation & Operations function that will help ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes, create greater visibility of performance across the Group, and establish the governance and operational disciplines needed to support continued growth.
You'll work closely with senior leaders across the Acturis Group, helping to embed and sustain new ways of working, improve operational performance, and provide the frameworks, insights and accountability that enable the business to execute effectively. This is a unique opportunity to have a visible impact on how the Group operates and supports its long-term success.
Day to day you will:
Embed and operate the Group's transformation outcomes, taking ownership of the governance, performance measures and operating rhythms that ensure new ways of working deliver sustained business value long after implementation.
Monitor and improve operational performance across the Acturis Group, maintaining visibility of priorities, dependencies, capacity, risks and benefits, and working with senior stakeholders to identify issues, drive accountability and continuously improve results.
Provide the management infrastructure that underpins execution, creating a single trusted view of performance, running the Group's operating cadence, and ensuring leaders have the information, controls and insights needed to make effective decisions and deliver against strategic objectives.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the centre of the Acturis Group, partnering closely with senior leaders to help embed, operate and continuously improve the ways of working that support the organisation's growth. You'll play a key role in building a new Group Transformation & Operations capability, ensuring strategic change translates into sustained operational performance and measurable business outcomes.
You can expect:
Exposure to senior leadership across the Acturis Group, working on some of the organisation's most important strategic, operational and performance priorities.
The opportunity to establish and run the governance, performance frameworks and operating rhythms that help the Group deliver against its objectives.
Significant autonomy, ownership and visibility, with the opportunity to help establish the processes, governance and performance framework that underpin how the Acturis Group operates.
Requirements
You’ll thrive here if you:
Experience in operations, business performance, portfolio management or business change, with a track record of embedding new ways of working and driving sustained performance improvements rather than simply delivering projects.
Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear operational insight, establish meaningful performance measures, and provide senior leaders with actionable recommendations.
Experience working within SaaS, software, insurance or insurance technology environments, ideally combined with exposure to consulting, transformation, operational excellence or strategic execution programmes, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Ready to help shape how the Acturis Group operates and grows?
Join us at an exciting stage of our evolution and play a key role in embedding the frameworks, governance and performance measures that support delivery across the Group. You'll work closely with senior leaders, influence how priorities are managed and measured, and help build the operational foundations that enable the next chapter of the Group's success.
