About this role
Growth Marketer (AI-Enabled)
Arbitr · Full-time
We are Arbitr, an ASX-listed, global company reinventing itself for a new era. Founded in 1999 and built across offices in the USA, Japan, Europe and New Zealand, we're not chasing hype. We're an established business moving with speed, ambition and AI-native mindset of a company just getting started.
Your team is AI agents. Your job is pipeline.
Arbitr is the AI Context platform that governs business intelligence. Our marketing team is small and has one goal: winning new customers. We have big pipeline targets, and we won't hit them by adding headcount. We'll hit them by building and managing autonomous marketing agents. We're looking for someone to lead them.
The role
You'll be the agent boss. Agents handle the heavy lifting: account research, competitor monitoring, content drafts, data synthesis and experiment variations. You own the strategy, the taste and the final call. Nothing goes to market without your sign-off.
Our Marketing Ops team already runs the website, SEO, tech stack and CRM. You'll build on that and turn it into campaigns and pipeline from day one. You'll report directly to our CMO.
What you'll do
- Design and run agent workflows for market monitoring, account research, lead enrichment, content and reporting. Retire the ones that don't earn their keep.
- Plan and launch demand gen campaigns across web, search, LinkedIn and email, including nurture tracks and account-based plays tailored to each target account
- Edit and approve the content that drives demand: web pages, SEO articles, case studies, email and social
- Own the growth repository that every agent works from: brand voice, messaging, ICP and approved claims
- Run a fast, documented test cadence: hypothesis, test, result, decision. Kill what fails quickly and scale what works.
- Track every campaign from first touch to accepted opportunity, and report each week on what's actually converting
What success looks like
- 30 days: You know our ICP, messaging and systems, and your first agents are running.
- 60 days: Several campaigns are live and tracked through to accepted opportunity.
- 90 days: You run a weekly cadence across tests and scaled winners, and can show which workflows are driving pipeline.
What you bring
- 2+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally B2B SaaS, with campaigns you can show produced pipeline
- Hands-on experience building AI agents or multi-step AI workflows (Claude or ChatGPT projects, custom GPTs, Make, Zapier, n8n or similar), with examples of what you built and what it delivered
- Strong editorial instincts. You know good B2B work when you see it and can cut through noise quickly.
- Comfort reading funnel data and turning what you find into new briefs, prompts and campaigns
- Sound judgment on where AI output needs a human check. Accuracy, privacy and brand are non-negotiable.
- A builder's mindset. You're happy to write the playbook yourself.
Bonus points for: experience with a CRM and marketing automation platform, marketing technical or data products to enterprise buyers, and work across US and EMEA/UK markets.
How we work
Our values are simple: Better everyday. Own it with action. Fast and focused. Evidence over hype. If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.
Location: Philadelphia (join our amazing team for 3 days each week in the office)
