What you’ll do

  • Own buyer lifecycle strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid, content, and events
  • Build and optimise customer journeys, onboarding flows, and win-back programmes
  • Define target audiences, messaging, and campaign concepts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Content, Design, and RevOps
  • Run A/B tests across messaging, channels, and timing
  • Track KPIs and optimise performance across the funnel
  • Work with data teams to ensure reporting and attribution accuracy
  • Automate lifecycle communication using HubSpot and similar tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance through automation and AI

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong track record in performance-driven campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Comfort working with data, dashboards, and experimentation
  • Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent Danish and English communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or marketplace environments
  • Experience with paid channels or in-product messaging
  • Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows
  • Additional language skills such as German
