About the Role
We are seeking a scrappy, highly technical Growth Operator who has a proven track record as an early growth hire in a B2B SaaS startup. This role is crucial as you will be responsible for managing a small go-to-market (GTM) team and driving significant growth through innovative strategies and hands-on execution.
In this position, you will leverage your technical expertise to open ad accounts, build landing pages, and create outbound lists. You will be instrumental in configuring enrichment and sequences, fixing lead routing, and improving deliverability. Your ability to automate workflows with AI and inspect CRM data will be vital in determining which channels generate pipeline and revenue.
We value candidates who have real people-management experience. You will directly manage Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or marketers, assign priorities, and ensure that your team meets their performance metrics. Coaching underperformance and holding team members accountable will be key responsibilities, allowing you to foster a high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Open ad accounts and manage digital advertising campaigns.
  • Build and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive outbound lists for lead generation.
  • Configure data enrichment and sequences for improved lead targeting.
  • Fix lead routing issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Improve email deliverability rates through strategic adjustments.
  • Automate workflows using AI to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Inspect and analyze CRM data to identify effective channels for pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Manage and mentor SDRs and marketers, setting clear priorities and performance expectations.
  • Coach team members on best practices and strategies to enhance performance.
  • Monitor team metrics and ensure accountability for results without waiting for external intervention.
  • Utilize experimentation and fast-paced execution to drive growth in short-cycle SMB SaaS products.
  • Track measurable results including qualified demos booked, pipeline generated, CAC, cost per demo, conversion rates, and revenue influenced.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a growth operator or an early growth hire in a B2B SaaS startup.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to personally execute growth campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with ad account management and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience building landing pages and creating outbound lead lists.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis for optimizing lead generation.
  • Demonstrated people-management experience with direct oversight of SDRs or marketers.
  • Ability to set priorities, monitor performance metrics, and hold team members accountable.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable results.
  • Experience in growing short-cycle SMB SaaS products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on experimentation and volume.
  • Exclusion of candidates who primarily managed agencies or large teams with specialized execution roles.
