What you'll do:

  • You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of business development in our German, Swiss or Austrian market.
  • You will monitor the online sales of our products to track product performances and identify growth opportunities.
  • You will collaborate with our operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain of our products.
  • You will share your product insights to our marketing teams to help them run impactful and efficient campaigns
  • You will regularly analyze the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behavior, competition…)
  • You will suggest ideas to improve our customer experience based on customer feedback.
  • You will be supported by a more senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally.
  • Who we're looking for:

  • Currently, you are studying Business Administration, Management, or any related university program.
  • You speak fluent English and German.
  • At best you gained first practical working experience in a dynamic environment and are fascinated by fast scalable business models.
  • You have strong analytical skills can collaborate well and learn quickly.
  • You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently.
  • You are available for at least 6 months.
