🎸Job Role

• Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  
• Assist in staff training, development, and scheduling
  
• Maintain hygiene and quality standards at all times
  
• Work closely with the Banqueting Manager to drive results
  

🎤Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
  
• A passion for guest service and attention to detail
  
• Ability to stay composed and organised in a busy environment
  
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
