About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Product and pricing. One rate card for China–Europe, covering the full chain to the DC — CY/CY port-to-port and port-to-DC / door (DAP) — with a full surcharge schedule, published rate validity, a committed quote turnaround, named-account rates, and margin floors written into the card.
• Carrier contracts. Lead the negotiations: the lead carrier contract rebuilt on European terms with a European SOP, then a second and third contract so every main lane has an alternative. You work in a matrix with global procurement — they set standards and methods; you run the deals.
• Bookings and capacity — the start-up heartbeat. The weekly cycle against carrier allocations: forecast in, bookings placed, capacity used, rollovers fought. Booking windows that work for European customers. Capacity booked ahead of demand, so a won deal ships in its first week.
• Trade operations and service. The European SOP: booking management, origin coordination, customs, dangerous goods, reefer and the port-to-DC leg. Service levels sales can promise and operations can keep.
• Commercial, systems and team. Sit next to sales in enterprise deals; every buy contract lands as a sell-ready rate card before go-live; a clean quote-to-bill flow with margin visible per shipment. Hire pricing, procurement and trade-operations talent as the product earns it.
