Healthcare Recruitment Consultant (AI-Enabled)

About the Role

This is a client- and candidate-facing recruitment role. You will help evaluate candidates, understand their motivations, communicate opportunities clearly, and support them through the hiring process.

You will also act as a recruitment consultant to clients by helping clarify role requirements, identify market challenges, and provide practical hiring feedback.

This is not a resume-forwarding role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, communicate professionally, and influence hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for U.S.-based healthcare roles, including clinical, leadership, and operations positions
• Review and assess candidate applications with the support of AI-enabled tools
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
• Understand candidate motivation, compensation expectations, career goals, and potential fit
• Present opportunities clearly and professionally to candidates
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process
• Communicate with clients regarding candidate fit, role requirements, and hiring feedback
• Provide market insights based on candidate conversations and recruitment activity
• Maintain accurate candidate and client communication in the ATS/CRM
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, organization, and communication quality

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Experience recruiting for U.S. clients or international markets preferred
• Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients professionally
• Strong judgment when evaluating candidate fit beyond the resume
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple active roles
• Comfortable using recruitment systems, ATS platforms, and AI-supported tools

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, or healthcare management professionals
• Experience in agency recruitment
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
• Experience supporting direct hire, contract, or project-based recruitment
