Home Goods Associate - Koreatown (Mandarin Required)

Job Summary

The Home Goods Associate is responsible for keeping merchandise well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed. This role includes replenishing inventory, maintaining product quality and freshness, keeping the sales floor clean and organized, and assisting customers with product questions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Restock shelves and displays with grocery and snack products, ensuring items are organized, properly labeled, rotated, and checked for expiration dates.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
3. Assist customers with product questions and provide helpful, friendly service.
4. Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain store standards and operational efficiency.
5. Travel to and work at other store locations as needed.
6. Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 30 lbs. as needed.

Qualifications

1. Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required.
2. Strong customer service and communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and maintain merchandise accurately.
4. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay and Compensation

1. From $19 Per Hour
2. Quarterly Performance Bonus
