Qualifications
Job Description
- Building Maintenance
- Landscape cleaning
- Keeps entire dealership in a clean and orderly condition
- Performs duties such as cleaning, sweeping, & mopping
- Keeps inventory in proper order
- Fill all new car inventory with gasoline
- Positions vehicles in showroom for display
- Empties all trash and garbage containers
- Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools
Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Valid driver's license.
- Positive attitude
- Previous janitorial/maintenance experience is required
- Great work ethic
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
