Hospice Community Liaison

**Cobb County Territory**

The Community Liaison will spend their days building relationships with physicians, hospitals and other community partners as we seek to become their hospice of choice based on the compassion and high-quality care that our team provides to our patients and their families. We are looking for self-starters who are confident, personable and don’t want to be stuck behind a desk!

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
• Build and maintain a positive reputation for Brighton/Suncrest in your territory
• Strategic planning to identify opportunities to increase our presence in the market
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the hospice market, our referral sources and our competitors

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare sales, preferably hospice and/or home health
• Ability to market aggressively while simultaneously maintaining positive industry relationships
• Demonstration of exceptional communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
