Hospitality Leadership Intern - Summer 2027

Overview

The Kahler Hospitality Group Leadership Development Internship Program is designed to attract and develop recent hospitality graduates who aspire to become future leaders within the hotel industry. This immersive, three-month rotational program provides hands-on management training across key operational areas while cultivating leadership, problem-solving, and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• To provide participants with practical, cross-functional experience in hotel operations.• To develop foundational leadership and management skills in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.• To foster an understanding of operating within a union environment and managing diverse teams.• To prepare participants for future management opportunities within Kahler Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (graduation within the past 12 months).• Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and guest service.• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.• Willingness to relocate within the Kahler Hospitality portfolio for future opportunities.
