Wai Hospitality Group operates three of Queenstown's most established restaurants – Public Italian Kitchen, Finz Seafood & Grill, and Bella Cucina. Each venue has its own style and identity, but we all share the same philosophy - exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and a positive team culture.

We're looking for Hospitality Superstars who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, bring energy and professionalism to every shift, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-performing restaurant environment. What you'll be doing

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly, professional service.
  
• Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Work as part of a high-performing team to keep service running smoothly.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, food safety, and health and safety.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and the achievement of restaurant goals.
  

What we're looking for

• Minimum 6 - 12 months experience in hospitality or similar role involving customer service and sales.
  
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
• Passionate about customer service and committed to high standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  

What we offer

• Competitive pay $25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on skills & experience.
• Full-time permanent employment.
• Rostered shifts across Monday to Sunday, minimum 30 hours per week.
