Le Supreme Detroit is seeking a warm, poised, and hospitality‑driven Host to be the first point of welcome for our guests. As the face of the brasserie, you set the tone for the entire dining experience—balancing graciousness, efficiency, and an eye for detail. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain an organized host stand and uphold the visual standards of the entry area
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to support pacing and guest experience
  • Escort guests to tables and provide menus, highlighting any notable features or offerings
  • Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries, and provide accurate information about the restaurant
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with grace and efficiency
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and service standards

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a host, guest services, or front‑of‑house role (upscale or high‑volume preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment
  • Warm, guest‑focused demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Familiarity with reservation platforms (Resy, OpenTable, or similar) is a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have weekend brunch availability.
