We offer an exciting career opportunity for our new outlet, After Rock Nightclub for an individual with the following details:

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Escort guests to their tables as they arrive at the nightclub and guide them to their tables to ensure they have a comfortable experience
• Manage the waiting list and provide accurate wait times
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
• Assist with reservations and maintain an organized reservation system
• Communicate with guests to understand their needs and preferences
• Monitor the nightclub floor to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
• Ensure that the highest standards of customer service are provide to handle customer inquiries, complaints, any issues and feedback that may arise in a professional manner to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
• Upsell club promotions and events

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen
• Proven experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the same field
• Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Outgoing personality with excellence communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the nightlife industry
• Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
