We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Manage restaurant reservations and coordinate table arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide information regarding restaurant services.
• Manage waiting lists and communicate estimated waiting times clearly.
• Ensure smooth communication and cooperation with the restaurant team.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and welcoming reception area.
• Support the overall operation of the restaurant during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel or high-end restaurant environment will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
