Job Description
1.Enters Customers Orders into Client Order Entry applications
2.Handles Customers Calls and administer calls to resolution
3.Customer inquiries via e-mails, etc.
4.Adherence to Process and Business metrics
Additional Requirement
1.PC Proficient – Operation of computer systems e.g. Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
2.Advanced written and verbal communication skills
