Destsetters, one of the most innovative tourism marketing agencies, is seeking a knowledgeable and analytical Hotel Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on conducting research, feasibility studies, and operational assessments to enhance hotel performance and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with clients to develop unique hotel concepts and provide training to ensure operational excellence.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Research & Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analyze market trends to inform hotel development projects, ensuring alignment with market demands and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Feasibility Studies: Analyze financial and operational feasibility for new hotel concepts, providing insights that guide investment decisions.
• Operational Assessment: Assess and evaluate hotel operations and performance to identify areas for improvement, enhancing efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Real Estate Supervision: Supervise and evaluate real estate opportunities for hospitality investment, assessing their viability and potential return on investment.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to create unique and compelling hotel concepts that resonate with their target market.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, feasibility analysis, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in B2B environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for analysis and reporting
